Costumer Critiques

I order from Amazon nearly weekly, but have written only a couple of critiques. Most of the time, Amazon is great. BUT....

I very carefully selected RiteAV cables simply because they are pictured with clip covers so they would not break when pulled by way of tangles of other wires. These cables have no protection on the clip so the slightest snag will break the clip and render the cable useless. I'm incredibly disappointed, but it's not worth the hassle to send these back. Amazon should be ashamed of misrepresenting their items. In addition to these short cables, I purchased other lengths and all have the similar dilemma.

I purchased this cable to connect my modem to the router. Cat6 is overkill for an only 20mbps conection, but I like to have the highest quality items on my network. This cable is sturdy and appears like it could take some abuse.
